1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant – Dyslexia – Wolverhampton

- Russell Group Graduate
- 2:1 or above degree essential
- Assisting children with learning difficulties
- Perfect for aspiring an Educational Psychologist or Teacher

1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant- Wolverhampton – Dyslexia- Person specification
For this role you should have obtained a 2:1 degree, ideally in Psychology from a Russell Group University. You will be working with one or two individuals who have Special Educational needs in order to assist the class teacher and SENCO in daily teaching. Furthermore, you should be a kind and considerate person who is passionate about helping children with special needs. Although direct work experience isn’t essential, familiarity with key developmental disorders such as ADHD and an understanding how to best develop children with other needs such as non-verbal skills would be highly beneficial. Day-to-day you will be working closely with the SENCO to help implement strategies.
