Are you a recent Psychology, Education or Neuroscience graduate with a desire to find an exciting full-time Learning Support Assistant role in Bury for the rest of the academic year?

Maybe you’re an experienced and highly capable Teaching Assistant who is now looking for an opportunity to support a pupil in a 1:1 capacity?

i-teachers are currently working with an inspiring secondary school in Manchester who are eager to add a resilient, empathetic and outgoing 1:1 LSA to their special educational needs (SEN) department in a full-time role.

1:1 Learning Support Assistant – Role information:

• 1:1 Learning Support Assistant
• Supporting a pupil in KS3 with complex learning difficulties
• Planning and conducting fun and engaging learning experiences
• Being a consistent source of academic, social and emotional support
• Monday to Friday role for the full academic year
• Paid up to £500 PAYE per week during term time
• Working hours: 8:30am – 4:00pm approximately
• Located in Bury

1:1 Learning Support Assistant – Applicant requirements:

• Experienced Tutor, Mentor or Teaching Assistant
• Prior experience working with children with SEN
• Excellent organisation and communication skills
• Ability to remain patient, supportive and determined
• Passionate about the development of every child
