Perhaps you’re considering becoming a teacher in the future, but first want to gain paid school based experience before fully committing to a teacher training course in 2020?
Academic Learning Mentor – Graduate Role

Academic Learning Mentor – Graduate Role – The Role:
- Work within the inclusion team
- Mentor/tutor 1:1 in the subject aligned to your degree
- Run small group interventions
- Plan, deliver and assess intervention sessions
- Work with students across all key stages
- Collaborate with other academic learning mentors
Academic Learning Mentor – Graduate Role – Person specification:
- Graduate role
- 1 or 1st degree
- All subjects considered
- Must have a desire and passion to work within education
- Previous experience working with young people is essential
- Pro-active, self-starter who can use your initiative to impact students
