Academic Learning Mentor – Graduate Role – The Role:

• Work within the inclusion team
• Mentor/tutor 1:1 in the subject aligned to your degree
• Run small group interventions
• Plan, deliver and assess intervention sessions
• Work with students across all key stages
• Collaborate with other academic learning mentors

Academic Learning Mentor – Graduate Role – Person specification:

• Graduate role
• 1 or 1^st degree
• All subjects considered
• Must have a desire and passion to work within education
• Previous experience working with young people is essential
• Pro-active, self-starter who can use your initiative to impact students
