In your role as a Graduate Teaching Assistant you will garner experience across all Key Stages and you will be asked to support ambitious and talented students in your academic field. You will be asked to lend support and guidance on a 1:1 basis as well as working with larger cohorts on group projects. You will be involved in the planning, delivery and assessment of project work and activities. It is worth noting that this impressive school places high importance on their students getting involved in extra-curricular activities as well as striving for academic excellence, as many of their student body will go on to apply for Oxbridge or Cambridge or Russell Group Universities.
You will need to have a solid understanding of your academic subject and be able to demonstrate a very high level of effective communication.
