Behaviour Learning Mentor – Role:
This role is open to a confident and committed graduate who has an interest and passion for working with young people. You will be required to help plan and deliver individual and group sessions. You will identify students who are not making expected progress and help them with targeted support. You will display and utilise your subject knowledge. Vitally, you should make sure the child is safe and well supported.
Some children with occasionally display challenging behaviour. You should therefore be the type of person who can build rapport with young people, building positive and professional relationships.
