Role Requirements:

  • Minimum 2:1 Psychology degree
  • Passionate about the Psychology subject
  • Experience working with young people extremely advantageous
  • Dedicated to offering outstanding academic and emotional support to students with SEMH needs
  • Ability to deal with challenging behaviour inside and outside of classroom environment
  • Ability to organise and conduct individual and group sessions with students who have SEMH needs
