Role Requirements:
- Minimum 2:1 Psychology degree
- Passionate about the Psychology subject
- Experience working with young people extremely advantageous
- Dedicated to offering outstanding academic and emotional support to students with SEMH needs
- Ability to deal with challenging behaviour inside and outside of classroom environment
- Ability to organise and conduct individual and group sessions with students who have SEMH needs
