Are you a recent Psychology, Educational Studies or Counselling graduate looking for the opportunity to work inside of a challenging secondary school utilising your degree subject knowledge as a Behaviour Mentor?

Do you want the opportunity to work alongside experienced and supportive SEN staff members providing excellent academic and emotional support to students with additional behavioural needs?

Would you benefit from a rewarding school based teaching experience working with behaviourally challenged students before the possible progression into a teacher training scheme or alternatively a Psychologist route?

An inclusive and supportive secondary school in the Leeds area is looking to find a passionate and motivated Psychology related degree graduate with the ability to support both academically and emotionally a student with additional behavioural needs.

  • Working under an inspirational SENCO
  • Supporting behaviourally challenged students both academically and emotionally
  • Organising and conducting 1:1 sessions structured around students needs
