A wonderful SEMH provision school in the Grantham area is seeking a friendly, dynamic, and adaptable Behaviour Progress Coach to offer tailored 1:1 academic, social, and emotional support to a student facing behavioural challenges.
Behaviour Progress Coach – The School:
- Specialist SEMH provision academy
- Located in Grantham (NG13)
- Providing support to students aged 5-16
- Balanced step-curriculum for students
- Focus on the all-round development of students
- Promoting the overall growth and development of students, including academic, social, and emotional aspects
- Public transport and local amenities close by
Behaviour Progress Coach – Role Information:
- Providing 1:1 academic, social and emotional support to student
- Paid £90-£95 per day during term time
- Collaborating closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other staff to ensure consistent support and progress
- Working hours: 08.30am – 15.30pm
- Working across KS1, KS2, KS2 & KS4
- Immediate start date
Behaviour Progress Coach – Applicant Requirements:
- A minimum 2:1 degree in Psychology or a Core Subject from a UK-based institution
- Prior experience in teaching, tutoring or coaching with children
- Strong organisation and communication skillset
- Understanding and connecting with the emotional needs of students
- Skilled in keeping students engaged and focused on their learning
- Being a dependable figure for students, establishing safety and security in the classroom environment
