• Behaviour Support Assistant
• Based in Hounslow, TW13
• Autism specialist school
• Full time position on a long-term basis
• Paid teaching placement £85 – £98 per day (term-time only)
• Support with class work in lessons
• Manage challenging behaviour
• Offer pastoral support
• Plan and deliver 1:1 intervention sessions
• Liaise with parents/guardians where appropriate
• Offer to other teaching staff on progress of pupils
• Highly supportive and experienced staff
• Excellent facilities for learning

Behaviour Support Assistant – Person Specification

• Behaviour Support Assistant
• Minimum 2:1 degree in any subject
• Good A Levels
• Experience dealing with challenging behaviour
• Excellent communication skills
• Confident and highly motivated person
• Previous experience working students in a school
• Willing to take an Enhanced DBS check
