i-teachers are currently supporting an Oftsed graded ‘Good’ secondary academy located in the Kidderminster area who are eager to add a dedicated, hard-working and understanding Behaviour Support Coach to provide fantastic academic, social and emotional support to their KS3 students for the coming academic year in a full-time role.

Behaviour Support Coach – Role Information:

  • Providing 1:1 academic, social and emotional support to Year 7, 8 and 9 students
  • Patience, resilience and empathy are key to being successful
  • Creating professional rapport with students
  • Located in Manchester area (M40)
  • Monday to Friday position – 08.30am to 15.30pm working hours
  • Paid £465 per week during term-time only
  • Multiple online CPD courses available – SEN, Safeguarding & Mental Health

Behaviour Support Coach – Applicant Requirements:

  • Minimum 2:1 UK based Psychology, Sociology or Education Studies graduate
  • Strong academic background
  • Prior experience working with children or adolescents
  • Passionate about supporting students in education
  • Good organisation and communication skills
  • Ability to build and develop rapport with students
