For this unique and important role inside a caring and inclusive secondary school environment, you must have acquired a minimum 2:1 Psychology subject degree, with a vast amount of knowledge ready to be displayed and utilised in the your role as a Behaviour Teaching Assistant. Brilliant communication skills are necessary, with the ability to have a patient and understanding attitude when working in challenging scenarios in which the student is not focused or completing the tasks set, to have a positive and influential impact on the student.
