Behaviour Teaching Assistant – Job Overview:

  • Working alongside committed SEN department offering excellent academic and emotional support to schools students with additional behavioural needs
  • Organising and conducting specifically structured sessions to improve students ability across subjects as a Behaviour Teaching Assistant
  • Offering emotional support to the student throughout
  • Diffusing any challenging situations that may arise
  • Patient and understanding attitude towards students progression in education and emotional ability
  • Opportunity to analyse and gain key techniques and methods from inspirational SEN department
  • Under the guidance of an excellent SENCO
  • Paid £300-£325 per week, term time only as Behaviour Teaching Assistant

  • Minimum 2:1 Psychology Related degree

  • Brilliant communication skills
