To be considered for this Biology Teaching Assistant opportunity you must have the following: 
*1st or 2:1 degree – Russell Group (preferable) in a Biology / science related subject 
*A passion for Education and inspiring pupils  
*Prior school, education or tutoring experience would be preferred 

As a Biology Teaching Assistant you will need to have a Biology related degree, display a passion for your subject, and communicate clearly with both students and staff whilst displaying a proactive approach within lessons. It would be ideal if you had some experience working within an educational setting previously, for example tutoring and are considering a role in education/teaching at some point in the future.

You will be working with the Science department supporting pupils who need extra 1:1 support to reach their full potential. Part of this role will include supporting pupils with additional needs. You will need to display a motivational, engaging and patient manner throughout this role and be proactive to ensure the students are fully supported. In this Biology Teaching Assistant role you will feel fully rewarded and have the privilege of making a difference to pupil’s educational outcomes.
