BSL Teaching Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic BSL Teaching Assistant to join one of our lovely primary schools in Camden. As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting a pupil who struggles with hearing.

BSL Teaching Assistant – The Role

• Work closely with a pupil who is hard of hearing
• Inspiring role where you can start making a difference from day one
• Paid, invaluable school-based experience
• Support class teachers by providing 1:1 support
• Full time role, Monday to Friday
• Paid £450 £550 take home pay per week, term time only

BSL Teaching Assistant – Person Specification

• Minimum 2:2 degree
• Experience supporting people with difficulty hearing
• BSL qualification or experience is essential
