To be considered for this Chemistry Graduate Academic Mentor opportunity you must have the following:
*1st or 2:1 degree – Russell Group (preferable) in a chemistry / science related subject
*A passion to support others
*Prior school, education or tutoring experience would be preferred

As a Chemistry Graduate Academic Mentor you will need to have a chemistry related degree from a reputable university, display a passion for your subject, and communicate clearly with both students and staff whilst auctioning a proactive approach within lessons. It would be ideal if you had some experience working within an educational setting previously and are considering a role in education at some point in the future.

You will be providing chemistry / science support for students ranging from Year 7 right the way through to those completing their A-levels in this rewarding Chemistry Graduate Academic Mentor role. You will need to display a motivational, engaging and patient manner throughout this role and be proactive to ensure the students are fully supported. It is essential you have a 2.1 or above in a chemistry, science or engineering related degree and have a passion to support others.
