Chemistry Graduate Teaching Assistant

The Role:

  • Chemistry Graduate Teaching Assistant
  • Full-time, long-term position
  • Earn £300-400 per week (term time)
  • 1:1 and small group mentoring sessions
  • Opportunity to progress to school-based teacher training
  • Shortlisting ASAP

The Graduate:

  • 2:2 degree or above in Chemistry
  • Ideally from a Russell Group University
  • Strong GCSEs and A levels
  • Genuine commitment to pursuing a career in education
  • Experience with working/volunteering with young people
  • Passionate, enthusiastic and not afraid of a challenge!

The School:

  • Highly regarded school located in Harrow
  • Average-sized secondary school
  • ‘Good’ rated – on journey towards ‘outstanding’
  • Excellent training and development
  • Forward-thinking Science department
  • Close to public transport links
