To be considered for this Computer Science – ICT Teaching Assistant opportunity you must have the following:
*1st or 2:1 degree – Russell Group (preferable) in a science / engineering related subject
*A passion to support others
*Prior school, education or tutoring experience would be preferred
The Teaching Assistant role itself would find you offering close support to the schools IT department. This position will provide you with ample opportunity to develop and refine your know how in the classroom and further across the department whilst fostering your teaching skills.
You will be working with students of different abilities in your IT Teaching Assistant role 1:1 and in group sessions.
Due to the detailed level of the curriculum it is essential that any candidates for this role do hold a degree related to ICT and Computer Sciences, it would also be beneficial if you have a sound understanding of Mathematics.
