Early Years Graduate Support Assistant – Key Information:                                   

  • Early Years Graduate Support Assistant role
  • Located in Bradford, West Yorkshire
  • £300 – £350 per week, term time only
  • Monday – Friday school hours, full time
  • Fantastic EY department
  • Visible and supportive SLT
  • Easily accessible via public transport links and a large car park for those who drive

Early Years Graduate Support Assistant – The Role:

  • Work with children in the EY department
  • Learn through play
  • Support those with additional needs if required
  • Monitor children’s progress
  • Promote positive behaviour and mental health
  • Liaise with Head of Department

Early Years Graduate Support Assistant – Person Specification:

  • 1st class or 2:1 degree
  • Strong academic background – e.g. A levels and GCSEs
  • Previous experience working with children – essential
  • Experience in a school environment – desirable
  • Positive and uplifting personality
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
