Early Years SEN Teaching Assistant- The Role

• Support SEN children with their academic and personal growth (1:1 sessions or in small groups)
• Deliver workshops tailored to individual learning plans with the support of qualified teachers
• Full time Monday- Friday school hours (term time)
• Paid £350-£450 per week
• Be a positive role model for the children
• Full academic year in one school
• Shadow experienced staff
• Ability to accommodate an array of different educational needs
• Fantastic opportunity for aspiring Teachers or Educational Psychologists

Early Years SEN Teaching Assistant- Person Specification

• 1^st or 2:1 graduate (preferably Psychology)
• Genuine passion for working with SEN children
• Outstanding communication skills
• Strong A-Levels and GCSEs
• Previous experience working with SEN children is essential for this role
