Graduate Teaching Assistant – Early Years
- Full-time, Monday to Friday role
- Support phonics/writing/SEN
- Provide 1:1 SEN Support for children with Autism/ADHD/Speech and Language needs
- Perfect opportunity to gain experience before teacher training
- Long-term until the end of the academic year

- Paid £325 per week
- Starting as soon as possible – role for the full academic year

- Must have strong academic background & experience working with children
You will be supporting a busy and happy Reception classroom, helping children ages 4-5 to adapt, develop and thrive in their first year of school.
Part of this role will be to lead small group classes to develop a confidence and understanding of phonics, handwriting and personal development. The school has a high proportion of EAL children, they will need help to boost their English. You will also support the class teacher in delivering phonics/writing sessions.
This child-centered school is looking for a caring, patient and empathetic nature, with strong communication and resilience. You will need to have a good academic background, with a minimum of a 2:1 degree and strong A Levels. Some transferable experience working with children and a commitment to working in education is extremely desirable.
