English Graduate Academic Coach – The Role:

The school are looking to bolster their already sterling English department with the addition of an academic coach. You will work closely with other staff members in this department as you support classes, supplying additional learning for students.

This rewarding and enriching opportunity, allows you to share your specialist degree knowledge with young eager minds as you help grow them academically and spread a passion for your subject. You will deliver 1:1 and small group intervention sessions where you can monitor student progress more closely and provide additional support for classwork.

English Graduate Academic Coach – Person Specification:

• 2.1 or 1st class degree in English
• Excellent organisation and communication skills
• Previous work with children is desirable
• Supportive and inspiring personality
• Patient and empathetic mentality is crucial
