Do you have the necessary past tuition/teaching experience to understand the needs and requirements of secondary school students?

This academically excellent secondary school in Leeds is looking to find an enthusiastic and motivated English degree graduate with the ability to manage a class of secondary school students, whilst offering brilliant academic support throughout.

English Graduate Cover Supervisor – Overview:

  • English Graduate Cover Supervisor role
  • Managing and academically supporting secondary students within the English Subject
  • Organising and conducting a variety of English subject lessons
  • Supervising and providing work that has been set by class teacher
  • Managing and guiding pupils throughout lessons
  • Ability to deal with any issues according to schools policies and procedures

Role Requirements:

  • Minimum 2:1 English subject degree
  • Prior experience in school or tutoring students
  • Ability to manage and support secondary schools students
  • Brilliant organisation and communication skills
  • Passion for your degree subject
  • Enthusiastic and motivational attitude
