To be considered for this English Graduate Learning Support Assistant role you must have the following:
*1st or 2:1 degree – Russell Group (preferable) – English related
*A passion to support others
*Prior school, education or tutoring experience would be preferred

This graduate learning support assistant role would see you working with pupils in within the classroom supporting them with both language and literature classwork and exam preparation. You will find yourself working mainly on a one-on-one basis providing English language & literature support for children with autism, cognitive development and communication difficulties.
You will need to display a motivational, engaging and patient manner throughout this English Graduate Learning Support Assistant role and be proactive to ensure the students are fully supported. You should be able to display good communication skills as you will have to liaise between both students and class teachers, have a patient manner and be proactive within the classroom.
