Are you a recent UK-based English, Linguistics, or Creative Writing graduate eager to secure an English Subject Tutor role where you can provide 1:1 and small group tuition to GCSE students?

i-teachers are working with a brilliant secondary school in the Warrington area that is looking to add a knowledgeable, hard-working, and naturally outgoing English Subject Tutor to their KS4 department full-time for the rest of the academic year.

As an English Graduate Subject Tutor, the successful candidate must provide tailored 1:1 and small-group English tuition to GCSE students in preparation for their exams.

English Graduate Subject Tutor – Role Information:

• Providing 1:1 & small group English subject tuition
• Tailoring support sessions based on students’ academic weak points
• Creating a warm and supportive school environment for students
• Monday to Friday role based in one secondary academy
• October 2024 to July 2025
• Working hours: 08.30 am – 3.30 pm
• Paid £425 – £475 per week during term time with FREE online CPD courses
• Located in Warrington (WA9)

Applicant Requirements – English Graduate Subject Tutor:

• Minimum 2:1 UK-based English, Linguistics or Creative Writing graduate
• Prior experience tutoring, mentoring or teaching
• Strong academic background
• Good organisation and communication skills
• Ability to work with individuals and small groups
• *NO UK VISA sponsorship available with this role*
