In this role your top priorities will be to support the English department. You will work with students on a 1:1 and small group basis as well as assisting teachers in-class in a variety of ways. You will become a role-model for students and work to boost confidence, motivation and ultimately progress in this crucial support role. You will have the opportunity to learn from some of the best teachers in the field as you observe different teaching styles in order to help you form your own.
