The head teacher promotes positive staff well-being and staff events are frequent. She is also very supportive: when staff have previously expressed an interest in promotion opportunities, she has enabled them to achieve this goal. This has been achieved through excellent training and support throughout.
The staff group are cohesive and team-spirited, resources and ideas are frequently exchanged. There are even many team events for staff, for example a staff football and netball team.
