A superb secondary school based in Nottingham is looking to find a hard-working, dedicated and outgoing GCSE English Tutor to join their English department for the remainder of the academic year starting immediately! In this role as an GCSE English Tutor, you will be planning and conducting 1:1 English subject support sessions for students struggling with their Mental Health, working both inside of school and out of school during school hours.

In this role as an GCSE English Tutor, you will be required to travel around the local area to students homes as they struggling with exam stress and need to be within a safe and supportive environment, meaning a driving license is mandatory.

GCSE English Tutor – The Role:

• GCSE English Tutor
• Located in Nottingham (NG6)
• Based inside and out of school premises
• Working directly with Year 11 pupils
• Planning and conducting 1:1 support sessions
• Creating a safe and supportive learning environment
• Providing vital academic support in English subject
• Paid £85 per day during term time only
• Role beginning ASAP – Ending July 2023!

GCSE English Tutor – Applicant Requirements:

• Minimum 2:1 English UK based degree
• Strong academic background
• Prior experience working with young people
• Full UK Driving License
• Naturally outgoing and supportive personality
• Dedicated to providing excellent support sessions
• Patient and understanding regarding pupil’s progress
