This bright and welcoming Secondary school are seeking a bright and gregarious graduate of Geography who is interested in carving out a career in secondary education and is hungry to share their passion for their degree subject.
You will be working across all year groups, assisting in the preparation, delivery and assessment of activities and projects. You will support subject leaders in communicating ideas and methods of learning to students, in a way that is interesting and attainable. You will also assist in implementing study pathways, and supporting students on a 1:1 basis, in small groups and also whole class delivery. In your role you will be required to show unwavering energy, creativity and passion, as this is the ethos that the faculty display to their students day to day. In return you will be paid for receiving invaluable experience, amongst students who have a real hunger to learn. From September onwards you will be given full training and guidance to ensure your skills are developing and your confidence is growing.
