Your role will be to support full time across both KS4 & KS5, assisting with small cohorts as well as 1:1 development. With a focus on bespoke learning pathways, you will be working with those who require assistance with improving grades as well as those who are talented and require more challenging subject matter. Your role will see you gain experience in all aspects of a traditional classroom setting as well as assisting Geography students with their fieldwork. You must be able to demonstrate a high level of communication and creative engagement skills. You will be able to exhibit your passion for Geography and be successful in instilling it others.
