Geography Teaching Assistant –
• Earn up to £325 per week

For this role you must:
• Have recently graduated with a minimum 2:1 degree
• Possess excellent communication skills
• The ability to engage pupils with challenging and creative tasks
• Have a genuine passion for education
• Provide essential tuition across KS3-5
• Assist with lesson planning and delivery
During the rest of the academic year in the Geography Teaching Assistant role you will be assigned specifically to the Geography department. You will play a key role in the schools intervention strategy, supporting struggling students who need that extra help outside of the classroom with booster sessions or 1:1 support.
You will work alongside inspirational teachers in order to raise outcomes for pupils. You will build relationships with specific pupils who you will be a ‘key worker’ for in order to break down any barriers to learning. This Geography Teaching Assistant role includes a mixture of pastoral and academic responsibilities so the ability to communicate with students effectively is essential.
