This Graduate 1:1 SEN Learning Support Worker role would involve working as part of an inclusion team to support pupils with SEN. Good behaviour management is essential for this position and you must be able to quickly establish trust with young people. As a 1:1 SEN Learning Support Worker, you will be assisting the day to day learning of a student who has additional educational needs. You will give your time and attention to ensuring that the student in question feels at ease and secure in their learning environment. Working across day to day tasks, you will use your communication and engagement skills to assist the student to overcome any learning barriers that they may have.
