Graduate Academic Assistant – Physics
As a Graduate Academic Assistant you will lend support in your degree subject across all KS4 & KS5, classes and you will assist with small cohorts as well as mid-sized groups. You will be a confident and assured individual, specifically in your degree subject. You will need to display high levels of communication and be able to adapt your communication style as needed, with learners of varying ability. Specifically, you will act as an Academic Mentor to KS4 & KS5 students working mainly to support class teachers with group projects and bespoke learning plans. You will be required to assist with booster classes for those who are on the C/D grade border and need 1:1 support.
