In your role as a Graduate Humanities Academic Coach, you will be required to have a strong academic background and a firm understanding of your degree subject as you will be called upon to assist in your field of study. You will be supporting class teachers, across different Key Stages, in the implementation of lesson plans, activities and project work. As you build your confidence, you will be given the opportunity to take the lead with GCSE revision sessions and booster classes for KS4.
This role is perfect for a graduate who enjoys working with young people or is looking to commence a career in secondary school education. You will be cutting your teeth amongst some of the most experienced practitioners of education in the South East of England. You will receive the highest calibre of training, development and support from Heads of Department and other faculty members. Support and first class training is also on offer to graduates who wish to complete a school direct route into teaching.
