Graduate Academic Mentor – The Role:

• Graduate Academic Mentor
• Located in Derby (DE3)
• Monday to Friday role – Beginning ASAP!
• Ending July 2023 – Possible extension for following academic year
• Paid £86 per day during term time only
• Planning and conducting 1:1 support sessions for KS3 & KS4 students
• Conducting support sessions from balanced curriculum
• Working across your specialist subject

Graduate Academic Mentor – Applicant Requirements:

• Minimum 2:2 Core Subject, Humanities or Languages graduate
• Strong academic background
• Prior experience teaching/tutoring/mentoring/volunteering
• Naturally warm and supportive personality
• Excellent organisation & communication skills
• Interested in a career based within education
