Graduate Academic Support Worker – Job Description:

• Working to support a Birmingham Secondary school (B13)
• Inspiring pupils and sparking passion in the classroom
• Creating tutoring groups and offering 1:1 study sessions to pupils
• Supporting class teachers during lessons
• Earn £63-£65 per week
• Develop your own teaching style
• Work Monday-Friday school hours in term time

Graduate Academic Support Worker – Person Specification:

• 1st or 2:1 degree in English, Maths or Science
• Ideally, you will have worked with children or young people previously
• An enthusiastic and determined personality with a lot of passion for education!
• Strong A-Levels and academic background
• Excellent communication skills
