Graduate Art Teaching Assistant – The Role:

  • Work with pupils in your specialist subject
  • Deliver 1:1/group interventions
  • Monitor pupil’s progress
  • Promote positive behaviour and mental health
  • Liaise with Head of Department

Graduate Art Teaching Assistant – Person Specification:

  • 1st class or 2:1 degree in Art related subject
  • Strong academic background – e.g. A levels and GCSEs
  • Previous experience working with young people – essential
  • Positive and uplifting personality
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
