- Communicate excellently with various stakeholders
Graduate Autism Learning Support Assistant – Person Specification:
- 1st class or 2:1 degree in Psychology/Counselling or relatable subject
- Passionate about education and SEN
- Strong academic background e.g. A Levels
- Thinking of becoming a teacher or Ed Psych in the future
- SEN experience is vital
- Autism experience is desirable
