Graduate Autism Support Mentor – The Role:

  • Differentiate according to individual needs
  • Support children who have challenging behaviour
  • Also support children who have special educational needs (SEN)
  • Communicate excellently with various stakeholders

Graduate Autism Support Mentor – Person Specification:

  • 1st class or 2:1 degree in Psychology/Counselling or relatable subject
  • Passionate about education and SEN
  • Strong academic background e.g. A Levels
  • Thinking of becoming a teacher or Ed Psych in the future
  • SEN experience is vital
  • Autism experience is desirable
