This school is searching for an ambitious and resilient graduate to work with and support a pupil who has Emotional and Behavioural difficulties (SEMH). This role would ideally suit a Psychology graduate however all disciplines are accepted (with the right experience).

You will need to have:
- psychology or related degree needed
- graduates needed
- strong A Levels and GCSE grades
- a passion to work with Secondary age pupils with SEN/SEMH
- resilience to take on a challenging but rewarding role
- experience on placements/previous work supporting SEN or SEMH
- confidence to manage challenging behaviour

This role would involve working in a welcoming Secondary School supporting pupils with Emotional, Behavioural Difficulties (SEMH). Good behaviour management is essential for this position and you must have a good understanding of student’s needs. You must have experience working with vulnerable children in the past which you can transfer into this school setting. The school is looking for a Teaching Assistant who can work in a challenging environment with young people. You will support in the classroom on a one to one basis.
