Graduate Behaviour Coach – The Role:
Working alongside a supportive and experienced inclusion department, you will be responsible for leading close group and 1:1 intervention sessions where you will work with students who have issues with behaviour. You will offer guidance as well as monitoring their progress in regards to their behaviour development.
Working on a comprehensive level you will be able to deliver more effective support and are more likely to have a positive impact on students. This role will develop your teaching techniques and communication skills and with regular feedback from the inclusion department you will continually improve!
Graduate Behaviour Coach – Person Specification:
- 2.1 or 1st class degree (preferably psychology)
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Previous work with children is desirable
- Supportive and inspiring personality
- Patient and empathetic mentality is crucial
- Passionate about education
- Firm but fair behaviour management approach
