Graduate Behaviour Learning Support Assistant – The Role:

• Graduate Behaviour Learning Support Assistant
• Located in Bradford, BD27
• Supporting students that need it the most and can be the hardest to reach
• Promoting educational, emotional, and social development
• Working 1:1 or with small groups
• Supporting students with learning difficulties and behavioural difficulties
• Lead English interventions

Graduate Behaviour Learning Support Assistant – Applicant Requirements:

• Minimum 2:1 degree in English related subject
• English background/experience
• Strong academic background
• Previous experience working with challenging behaviour
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about making a difference to students’ experience of education
