Graduate Behaviour Mentor – Key Information:
-Based in Manchester

-Paid £60 – £65 per day, term time only

Graduate Behaviour Mentor – Person Specification:
-2.1 or 1st class degree (preferably psychology)
-Excellent organisation and communication skills
-Previous work with children is desirable
-Supportive and inspiring personality
-Patience and empathy
-Passionate about education
-Firm but fair behaviour management approach
Graduate Behaviour Mentor – The Role:
Working alongside a supportive and experienced inclusion department, you will be responsible for leading close group and 1:1 intervention sessions where you will work with students who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs. You will offer guidance as well as monitoring their progress in regards to their behaviour development.
