Graduate Behaviour Mentor

  • Full-time role Mon-Fri
  • Ideal for Psychology graduates or those with SEN experience
  • £300 – £350 per week

Graduate Behaviour Mentor – About the role

  • Plan, deliver and run intervention sessions
  • Implement ILPs & EHCPs
  • Work closely with school SENCO
  • Support students who have challenging behaviour
  • Also support students who have special educational needs (SEN)

Graduate Behaviour Mentor – About you

  • 2:1 or 1stdegree in a core subject or Psychology
  • Passionate about education
  • Strong GCSEs and A levels
  • Experience working/volunteering with children with SEN & challenging behaviour
  • Genuine commitment to pursuing a career related to education
