Graduate Behaviour Mentor – Key Information:
- Paid £300 – £350 per week
- Long-term, full-time position
- Mon-Fri working hours
- Work within the inclusion/behaviour team
- Easily accessible via public transport links
Graduate Behaviour Mentor – The Role:
- Promote high standards across the inclusion team
- Work 1:1 and in small groups with specific pupils in order to promote positive behaviour choices and support the pupils with their development
- Mentor pupils within academic, social and emotional areas
- Meet with parents/carers when required to feedback on pupil progress and behaviour
Graduate Behaviour Mentor – Ideal Candidate:
- 1st class or 2:1 degree
- Prior experience working with young people – essential!
- Prior experience dealing with challenging behaviour – desirable!
- Interest and desire to work with young people
- Able to communicate effectively
- Excellent interpersonal skills
