Graduate Behaviour Mentor
To be successful in this role you must be a recent graduate who is keen to pursue a career in education. All degree disciplines will be accepted however those mentioned above are preferred. You must have some experience of working with children/young adults, this can be in any context.
About the role
This exciting role will see you join the schools inclusion department. You will work closely with the head of behaviour and heads of year. Pupils may be required to leave their lesson either through causing disruption in the classroom or other reasons. As a Graduate Behaviour Mentor you must have a ‘firm but fair’ approach and you will work with the pupils to understand their needs and remove any barriers to learning.
