Person Specification – Graduate behaviour mentor
This role would suit a determined and resilient graduate who has a passion and flare for working with young people. You must be able to build relationships with hard to reach students and liaise with parents, teachers and external professionals.
About the role
You will play a key role to the schools pastoral department. You will support students 1:1 who may have social, emotional or behavioural difficulties. Your duties will involve communicating with Teachers, students, senior leadership, parent’s external agencies in order to ensure pupils wellbeing and progress is the best it possibly can be.
