This Behaviour Support Assistant role would involve working as part of an inclusion team to support pupils with SEN or SEMH. Good behaviour management is essential for this position and you must be able to quickly establish trust with young people. You may assist class teachers in-class, support on a 1:1 basis as well as in small groups.
