Graduate Behaviour Support Assistant – Key Information:

  • Paid £300 – £350 per week (term time only)

Graduate Behaviour Support Assistant – Person Specification:

  • 1st class or 2:1 degree (preferably psychology)
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • Previous work experience with young people is desirable
  • Managed challenging behaviour – desirable
  • Supportive and inspiring attitude
  • Firm but fair behaviour management approach

Graduate Behaviour Support Assistant – The Role:

Working alongside a supportive and experienced inclusion department, you will be responsible for leading close group and 1:1 intervention sessions where you will work with students who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs. You will offer guidance as well as monitoring their progress in regards to their behaviour development.
