Graduate Behaviour Support Mentor – Person Specification:

  • 1st class or 2:1 degree
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • Previous work experience with young people is essential
  • Managed challenging behaviour – essential!
  • Supportive and inspiring attitude
  • Firm but fair behaviour management approach

Graduate Behaviour Support Mentor – The Role:

You will be supporting a Year 6 pupil who has challenging behaviour. You will deliver 1:1 interventions and support him in the classroom. You will work alongside a supportive and experienced inclusion department. You will offer guidance as well as monitoring their progress in regards to their behaviour development.
