Graduate Cover Supervisor – Person Specification:

• 1st or 2:1 degree in English, maths, science, or a humanities subject
• Passionate about education
• Strong academic background e.g. A Levels
• Thinking of becoming a teacher
• Prior education / tutoring experience desired
